   मेरा नाम राधेश्याम है मैं इन्शुरन्स बैंकिंग सेक्टर में जॉब करता हूं मेरा मानना है कि परिश्रम किये बिना किसी भी उपलब्धि की संभावना नही है ।परिश्रमी व्यक्ति उपलब्धि के लिए नित्यप्रति कर्म करते है तभी वो बड़े मुकाम हासिल करते है। छोटे से बड़े काम को सम्पन करने के लिए परिश्रम की आवश्यकता होती है। श्रम ही सफलता का सर्जन एवं जनक है।

  अतः आप कुछ करो, कुछ करके दिखाओ,कुछ निर्माण करो । फिर भले ही कार्य का परिणाम बहुत ही साधारण हो। मत सोचो कि परिणाम छोटा है। काम को उसके शिखर तक पहुंचाओ।

  My name is Radheshyam. I work in the Insurance Banking sector. I believe that there is no possibility of any achievement without hard working. When a person works continuously for achievement, he achieves great milestone.  Hard work is required to accomplish small to big tasks.  Labor is the surgeon and father of success.

 So you do something, do something, show something.  Then even if the result of the work is very simple.  Do not think that the result is small.  Take the work to its peak.
